and address information solely for the purpose of the delivery of goods.

Delivery
We deliver orders as soon as
possible. Usually we send out ‘in stock’ items the same day
payment is received,
provided orders are received before 1pm. If for any reason there is a
delay orders are sent out on the next business day.
We contact
customers on receipt of orders with the total cost including packaging
and shipping and contact customers again upon despatch of the order. If
any delay is expected we will contact the customer informing them of the
the delay.
Packages to New
Zealand are via Standard PacketPost for the majority of orders. Larger
packages by ParcelPost. Parcels to other destinations are usually sent
by International Air.
Delivery times
- NZ 1-3 days*, Australia, Canada, USA, UK & Europe 4-10 days*
In all cases we
keep a proof of posting, and all packages are fully insured.
*We have no
control over delivery times once items have left us, these are given as
a guide only.
Returns
If for any
reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us in unopened
condition (with any shrink wraps and seals intact) within 30 days of the
date you received it, and we will refund the full purchase price of the
item. Opened items will not be replaced unless they are faulty. Email
